The Challenge
Sales representatives used a mobile app to log daily activities
Supervisors lacked visibility into team performance and KPIs
Decision-making was delayed due to fragmented data systems
A previously developed solution failed adoption due to poor usability and misalignment with market needs
Each country (market) had different IT systems, making standardization difficult
My Role
Designed scalable UI patterns adaptable to multiple markets
Collaborated with developers and product teams in an Agile environment
Ensured usability, clarity, and performance-driven design decisions

Created a modular design system adaptable across markets
Designed customizable dashboards based on market-specific needs
Introduced feature-flag-driven UI, enabling controlled rollouts
Transformed complex sales data into intuitive visual dashboards
